Insecurities

What is it about new that brings out every single insecurity a person has? I have never enjoyed change. Some people embrace it. They thrive in it. Not this girl.
Change reminds me of my insecurities.
It is humbling.
Walking into a door where no one knows your name.
Going places alone.
Wishing you were not alone.
Being reminded of your own frailty. Your own humanity.
Owning your weaknesses. Wishing you were strong.
The place where FAITH and TRUST COLLIDE.
Putting yourself out there. Hiding. Putting yourself out there. Hiding.
Wishing it were not so.
Believing this is not all there is. Believing it will get better. Life will improve.
Believing what you have preached. Preaching it to yourself.
Walking in truth. Throwing off hypocrisy.
Learning. Praying. Growing.
